CANCELLATION POLICY

At Niche Hair Co., we deeply value the time and commitment of both our clients and our stylists. To ensure we can provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled. Cancellations or “No Show No Call” made within 24 hours or same-day will result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled. This policy is in place to protect the livelihood of our stylists, as a missed appointment means lost time that could have been offered to another guest. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support in honoring this policy.
